It was a moment that proved what’s possible when child care is treated as a public good\, not a private burden. \nBy dressing as Rosie\, we honor that legacy and send a strong message:\nChild care is essential\, and providers deserve real investment\, respect\, and support. \nSo roll up your sleeves\, tie on that red bandana\, and get ready to flex those muscles—not just for a photo op\, but for the future of our profession. \nUnited We Rise! 💪
