DESCRIPTION:Don’t Miss Out! \nCSEA/VOICE is pleased to announce a new upcoming business training for family\, group family and legally exempt providers that will focus on money-saving tax credits that are available NOW! \nAre you aware of the Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC)? It is a refundable tax credit for businesses that kept W-2 employees employed throughout the pandemic. This covers the time period from March 13\, 2020\, to September 30\, 2021. Even though the ERTC program ended on September 30\, 2021\, you can apply for the credit for 2020 and 2021 retroactively through a simple update to your quarterly Form 941. \nDo you know about the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA)? This helps most businesses – even those with only one owner/employee! You could be eligible to get compensation for time off because of COVID\, quarantine\, and taking care of children out of school. To apply for the credit\, you will submit an update to your taxes. How you apply is dependent on whether or not you have W-2 employees or if you are a sole proprietor and self-employed. \nYou will have 2 opportunities to join a Zoom meeting and learn about these incredible opportunities. \nFor each session you will be given 1 hour of OCFS training credit for Topic #5 Business Record Maintenance and Management.
