CSEA/VOICE Membership Application

Membership keeps you connected with other providers and gives you an advantage — having a statewide organization of members means power to solve local issues as they arise and benefits providers would not have access to otherwise.

SIGNIGFICANT PROGRESS FOR PROVIDERS

“I have been an in-home provider long enough to remember life before we had CSEA/VOICE representing us. Boy have things changed! Our union has stood alongside us, step by step. I can’t imagine where we would have been without CSEA during the pandemic. CSEA/VOICE took the opportunity to highlight our work and show our communities that we really are rock stars.”

EMPOWERED TO BE THE BEST PROVIDER I CAN BE

“Joining the union is a life changer. You just have to take the first step! When I joined, I was struggling.I was only earning between $10-$15,000 a year. Now, with all the trainings, webinars, encouragement, and money-
saving benefits, including the stabilization grant I made $90,000 this year. They even help bilingual speakers like me with translation, which is everything for an entrepreneur like me. As a woman business owner focused on my community, it’s amazing to know I am keeping kids off the street by offering a quality program and taking care of my own family while overachieving on my personal goals.”

Building a Strong Organization

It is with membership that we are able to negotiate and obtain funding for our programs and benefits. The more members we have, the more powerful we are and the more we can do for each other. Dues also provides the support of staff professionals that are available to assist our union officers and leaders in addition to the administration of many union programs that are currently saving members and their families thousands of dollars a year and continues to grow.

If you have any questions about Dues or Benefits, we encourage you to call the CSEA/VOICE Resource Center 877-483-2732.
