Dear Provider –
Due to unforeseen circumstances the current version of Log A Tot will no longer be available as of September 30, 2025, and it will no longer be available as a member benefit.
You can continue to use Log A Tot through September 30, 2025. If you would like your 2025 data please notify the company by September 15, 2025. The report for January 1 – September 30 will be sent by October 5.
There is good news! Log A Tot is working on integrating with other platforms to continue the work with the voice activated way to reduce paperwork. We will bring you that information when we learn more!
