JURISDICTION

Any such claim or controversy shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in New York, NY and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The laws of the State of New York shall govern said arbitration proceeding, without reference to that state’s choice-of-law rules. Each party to said arbitration proceeding shall be solely and exclusively responsible for the payment of its own attorneys’ fees.
TERMINATION
These Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement between you and CSEA until terminated by you or CSEA, which CSEA may do at any time, without notice, in our sole discretion. If you become dissatisfied with this Website in any way, your only recourse is to discontinue use of this Website.
