DUE TO HIGH DEMAND, CSEA/VOICE Local 100A HAS EXHAUSTED ALL HOTEL AND REGISTRATION COVERAGE AUTHORIZATIONS ALLOTTED FOR THE NYAEYC CONFERENCE. THIS PROGRAM IS NOW CLOSED.

HOTEL AND REGISTRATION COSTS COVERED @NYAEYC CONFERENCE THIS YEAR!
EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN! (January 20 – March 22)

QUALITYstarsNY and CSEA/VOICE Local 100A have partnered to increase access to the high-quality trainings and educational resources offered at the 2024 New York Association for the Education of Young Children (nyaeyc) Annual Conference being held Thursday, May 16 – Saturday May 18, 2024 at Turning Stone Resort in Verona, NY.

Licensed Group Family and Registered Family child care providers (outside NYC) can attend the Dedicated Family Child Care Training Track or choose to attend any conference workshop offered.

*You must have a hotel room reserved before arriving onsite*
*No shows are responsible to pay for the full room charge*

What is covered:

  • Registration – Package B only (no meals included) for all providers
    Assistants Registration covered for
    QSNY members only.
  • Hotel Room Charge – for
    2 nights Thursday (5/16) and Friday (5/17)
    Does not include assistants. A $50 per night hold will be placed on your credit card when the room is reserved and will be released after the conference.

HOW TO REGISTER:

**Members of QUALITYstarsNY, CSEA/VOICE and all Licensed Group Family and Registered Family child care providers outside of NYC must complete step 1 to get registration, hotel coverage or both paid for.**

1.     Go to: https://csealearningcenter.org/programs/cseaprofdev.cfm
Enter your license/registration/enrollment number and CSEA ID, then select nyaeyc from the dropdown menu to receive your authorization.

2.     Members of QUALITYstarsNY: please contact your Quality Improvement Specialist to register.

3.      Members of CSEA/VOICE and all other Licensed Group Family and Registered Family providers outside of NYC continue with the instructions below:

4.     Go to the nyaeyc registration page by clicking the link below and fill out the registration here: https://na.eventscloud.com/ereg/newreg.php?eventid=767684

5.     While completing the registration questions, you will be asked to input the code provided by CSEA/VOICE. Please enter VOICE2024.

6.     Next
On the payment page, please select “CSEA VOICE payment” method. CSEA/VOICE will pay the registration fee on your behalf. (QUALITYstarsNY members please call your Quality Improvement Specialist to register.)

7.     Lastly, please call your hotel of choice and reserve your room from the block of rooms held by nyaeyc. CSEA/VOICE will cover the nyaeyc conference room rate for Thursday and Friday nights. Please note: CSEA/VOICE will not be covering costs for assistants.

UPDATE: Turning Stone is out of rooms for Friday night and have only a few left for Thursday!  

Providers can still call the Turning Stone hotel and get on the wait list if preferred.
Otherwise,  we will accept the following hotels (subject to availability) at up to $180 plus taxes per night:

If using a different hotel other than Turning Stone, providers should email the following details of the reservation to profdev@cseainc.org with their Name, License #,Hotel Name, Confirmation #, Date of Overnight, Phone and Email and we will pay the overnight fee up to $180. plus tax.

¡LA INSCRIPCIÓN ANTICIPADA YA ESTÁ ABIERTA! (20 de enero – 22 de marzo)

QUALITYstarsNY y CSEA/VOICE Local 100A se han asociado para aumentar el acceso a capacitaciones y recursos educativos de alta calidad ofrecidos en la 2024 Conferencia Anual de la Asociación para la Educación de Niños Pequeños de Nueva York (NYAEYC) que se llevará a cabo del jueves 16 de mayo al sábado 18 de mayo, 2024, en Turning Stone Resort en Verona, Nueva York.

Los proveedores de cuidado infantil familiar y grupal y (fuera de New York City) pueden asistir la Serie (track) de Capacitaciónes en el Cuidado Infantil Familiar o decidir asistir a cualquier taller de conferencia que se ofrezca.

*Deberá tener un cuarto de hotel reservado antes de llegar al sitio*
*Al no presentarse, sería responsable del pago del costo completo del cuarto*

 

Qué está cubierto:

 

  • Registración – sólo el Paquete B (no incluye comidas) para todos proveedores
    Registración de Asistentes cubierta solo para miembros de QSNY.
  • Costo por cuarto de hotel – por 2 noches, el jueves (mayo 16) y el viernes (17)
    (No incluye a los asistentes. Se realizará una retención de $50 por noche en su tarjeta de crédito cuando se reserve la habitación y se liberará después de la conferencia).
