CSEA/VOICE invites you to join us for a very important informational Chapter Meeting and training for Albany, Schenectady and Rensselaer. We will give a brief update on VOICE, DSS, OCFS, membership and other pertinent information.

Parent Handbooks, contracts and policies are very important in running your daycare program and business!! This session will enable providers to establish a business relationship with parents, identify the key elements of policies and procedures, and enforce agreements with parents.

Each participant will receive 1.5 hours of Aspire approved training:

• OCFS Topic #4 – Safety and Security Procedures
• OCFS Topic #5- Business Record Maintenance and Management
• OCFS Topic #7 – Statutes and Regulations Pertaining to Child Care
