CSEA/VOICE is pleased to offer the fifth training in the Civitas Strategies, LLC Child Care Business Training Series: Determining Contractor or Employee Status. Hiring additional people to assist you with your child care business can be beneficial to you and your program. The question becomes: are those additional people independent contractors or employees? Learn the essential elements of the definition of employment.
For this session you will be given 1.5 hours of OCFS training credit for Topic #5 Business Record Maintenance and Management. This course is Aspire approved, counts toward QualitystarsNY and available to you and your staff.
During this virtual training you must be visible and ready to participate.
