Oswego, Seneca and Cayuga Chapter Informational Meeting and Training “CCTA 101”

CSEA/VOICE invites you to join us for a very important informational Chapter Meeting and training for Oswego, Seneca and Cayuga. We will give a brief update on VOICE, DSS, OCFS, membership and other pertinent information.

The training that will be presented is “CCTA 101”. Child Care Educators will learn how to use the Child Care Time and Attendance (CCTA) KinderConnect Program to track time and attendance for children on the Child Care Assistance Program. If you wish, please bring your tablet or laptop. If you do so, please sign up for CCTA beforehand. To sign up for CCTA you will need to contact your Local District Social Services (LDSS) to enroll. They will give you a CCFS ID and a verification code. To register you will need to enter your first and last name and date of birth.

Each participant will receive 1.5 hours of Aspire approved training in topic area: OCFS Topic #5 – Business Record Maintenance and Management

CSEA/VOICE le invita a acompañarnos en una reunión informativa de capítulo y sesión de capacitación de gran importancia para Oswego, Seneca y Cayuga. Ofreceremos una breve actualización sobre VOICE, DSS, OCFS, membresía y otra información pertinente.

La capacitación que se presentará se titula “CCTA 101”. Los educadores de cuidado infantil aprenderán a utilizar el programa KinderConnect del Sistema de Control de Tiempo y Asistencia para el Cuidado Infantil (CCTA) para registrar el tiempo y la asistencia de los niños inscritos en el Programa de Asistencia para el Cuidado Infantil. Si lo desea, por favor traiga su tableta o computadora portátil. Si decide hacerlo, regístrese en CCTA con anticipación. Para registrarse en CCTA, deberá comunicarse con su Distrito Local de Servicios Sociales (DSS) para inscribirse. Ellos le proporcionarán un ID de CCFS y un código de verificación. Para completar el registro, deberá ingresar su nombre, apellido y fecha de nacimiento.

Cada participante recibirá 1.5 horas de capacitación aprobada por Aspire en el área temática: OCFS Tema #5– Mantenimiento y gestión de registros comerciales.
