Woodward Fundamental Series- Creating a FAIR Environment for Children and Families:

Bias does exist in early childhood, and it is not limited to race, culture, or ethnicity. This program will assist in identifying the various types of bias common in early childcare. You will examine various methods to effectively mitigate bias in your program. This workshop is designed to help providers find the “joy” in caring for young children.
