CSEA/VOICE invites you to join us for a very important Otsego, Delaware and Chenango Chapter Informational Meeting and Training. We will be discussing in detail updates that affect your business. Plan now to attend this meeting. We will also discuss upcoming training, membership, and other pertinent information.
Parent Handbooks, contracts and policies are very important in running your daycare program and business!! This session will enable providers to establish a business relationship with parents, identify the key elements of policies and procedures, and enforce agreements with parents.
Each participant will receive 1.5 hours of Aspire approved training:
OCFS Topic #4 – Safety and Security Procedures
OCFS Topic #5– Business Record Maintenance and Management
OCFS Topic #7 – Statutes and Regulations Pertaining to Child Care
